ANNA NERA is a new cool Fairtrade Lifestyle brand. Inspired by the woman who, just like me, loves to wear black and loves design. The collection is made by passionate artisans who produce only for Fair Trade organizations in Nepal and Bangladesh. An unique collection which consist handmade items like homestyle accessories, ceramics, fashion accessories, bags and jewelry. Fairtrade off course, and sustainable because…. Black is never Out of fashion.

These enterprises transform local communities, pioneer upcycling, empower women and practice organic farming. Their impact goes far and wide. These are the enterprises of the new economy. I travelled back in Nepal and Bangladesh to work and meet the women behind the products, and make a new and cool collection together. I try to capture the story behind the artisans to bring this closer to you ;-)
